SAN DIMAS — San Dimas company RCI Technologies has recently been recertified as a women’s business enterprise and as a minority-owned and managed company.

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council is the nation’s leading third-party certifier of women’s business enterprises for the private sector. The organization employs a rigorous and stringent certification process to confirm a business is at least 51 percent owned, managed and controlled by a woman or women.

The Southern California Minority Business Development Council is the largest nonprofit minority business advocacy organization in the region. To be certified as a minority business, a business enterprise claiming to be minority-owned must undergo a certification process to verify the company’s 51 percent ownership by a minority or group of minorities who are U.S. citizens, and that the company is owned, managed and operated on a daily basis by the minority or group of minority owners.

RCI Technologies is owned and operated by Inland Valley resident Marcela Randle and her husband, Robert.
